I joined Sprinklr as a Product Design Intern in January 2022 for six months. I worked as an intern here along with completing my academics for my final semester at BITS Pilani. Offices were still closed at that time which allowed me to work from my college hostel at Pilani.
Sprinklr is a customer experience management SaaS platform that leverages AI to provide insights to users. I got to work on the Modern Care product at Sprinklr. It helps companies unify all customer support channels on one dashboard and provide automated assistance to their users. I worked on designing new features for modules like Live Chat, Knowledge Base, guided workflows, care console, Sprinklr Voice, etc.

As an intern, I got complete ownership of the projects that I worked on but there are projects where multiple designers collaborate on. Although I didn't get to collaborate with more designers on a single project, I got a lot of assistance from Sanjay (my manager), Rimpy (senior design manager), Peri, Zach, Katie, Nawaz, Darshan (senior designers) and everyone else on the Indian and the U.S teams in form of feedback and suggestions.
I designed a couple of important Live Chat features like Real-time Polls in Live Streams, the ability to message and provide real-time customer support within live streams, and Defining user preferences in live chat, etc.
Introducing real-time polls as a feature in live streams to allow more interaction between brands & customers
